1. After cleansing the skin, place the first strip on the nose and let it rest over the skin for 15 to 20 minutes and remove it gently.
2. Wet your nose and place the second strip. Take it off after 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Finally place the last strip for the same time period as the previous step.
For optimal results, gently tap it into the skin to ease absorption after removing the strip.
