(FOR HAIR): Take 2 tbsp of Fenugreek Seed in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil or olive oil to it. Mix both ingredients well and apply this paste on your hair, mostly the roots. Let it dry for 10 minutes, and then wash it off with a mild shampoo. (FOR SKIN): Combine 2 tbsp each of Fenugreek Seed powder and Multani Mitti Powder with 1 tbsp each of yogurt and milk. Pour in five drops of rosemary oil. Before using, prepare a mask, store it in a glass jar and stir well. Place it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes. In clear water, wash it off.
