(FOR HAIR): Mix 2 tbsp of Shikakai Leaf Powder with 2-3 tbsp of Curd/Yogurt to make a smooth paste. Apply to your hair, working it in from the roots to the tips of your hair. Wait for 20 minutes. Rinse it out with cool water and a mild shampoo. Wash it off with normal or luke warm water for healthy hair. (FOR SKIN): Mix 1 tbsp of Shikakai Leaf Powder with 1 tbsp of Turmeric and Honey each. Make a smooth paste and apply on face for 15 minutes. Wash off thoroughly with normal water.
