Step 1: Shampoo
Apply a generous amount of shampoo to wet scalp & hair.
Massage gently & work up a lather.
Leave it in for a few minutes & rinse off thoroughly with water.
Step 2: Conditioner
After shampooing, apply the conditioner to damp hair from length to tips.
Leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes.
Rinse off thoroughly with water.
For best results, before shampooing, apply the Advanced Hair Growth 20% Caffexil® Hair Serum & leave it overnight
