Wash your hands with mild soap and water. Rinse Freedom Cup under water as the wet cup is easier to insert.
Using both your hands fold the cup into “C” shape by flattening the two sides and then folding the cup onto itself.
In a sitting or squatting position insert Freedom Cup into the vagina at an angle of 45 degrees towards the back of the spine. You should stop inserting the cup once the stem is not visible.
Twist Freedom Cup in an angle of 360 degrees to form a seal and to secure the cup in place. Wash your hands with a gentle soap and water.
