As the name suggests, this product contains 7% of AHA ingredient that effectively exfoliates your dead skin cells and clears out your sebums. This is great for those with dry skin too, as it contains apple wate in place of regular refined water to help with moisturization during exfoliation. Your skin might need some time to get used to this though, as this contains high content of glycolic acid(AHA). So, using once or twice a week is recommended for people with sensitive skin, but you can use it more frequently as your skin adapts to the ingredient.
