• COLD, COUGH & STEAM INHALATION: For cold relief & steam, add 10 drops in hot water and inhale or use as per your diffuser's instructions. To soothe cough and sore throat, mix 5 drops in a tbsp of carrier oil and rub on chest and throat. • HAIR HEALTH & LICE: Mix a few drops into your regular carrier oil and gently massage into the scalp. Wash after an hour. To use as a beard oil, add a few drops to olive oil and apply. • ACNE & BLEMISHES: Mix 1 drop with a little water or moisturizer and apply. • MUSCLE PAIN: Mix 5 drops into 1-2 tsp of a carrier oil, such as jojoba, olive, or almond oil for a relaxing massage. • AROMATHERAPY: Diffuse at home.
