Step 1 - Pick up the conditioner bar and hold it in the palm of one hand. Run the bar along your hair starting from your temple back towards the nape of your neck ensuring you cover your hair from ear to ear.
Step 2 - For long hair, lift hair off neck and work the conditioner bar in circular motions at the back of your head. Pull hair over one shoulder, hold in one hand and use the other hand to run the conditioner bar down the length of your hair, focusing on the ends. Massage hair from root to tip to work product into strands. Leave conditioner on hair for 1-2 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
